Bigger isn't always better. At least when it comes to our pores. Large pores can create a host of issues for us. We lose the desired smooth texture that is the hallmark of youthful skin. Large pores are also more likely to become clogged with debris. These pores often appear much larger and are prone to harboring bacteria, which can cause breakouts. And breakouts affect the health of our skin.
How do we create Incredible Shrinking Pores?

Unlike the 1981 film "The Incredible Shrinking Woman", our methods do not involved wacky mad scientists! In fact, we have several simple ways to help you reduce the appearance of these offensive follicles.
First, wash your face with our Bioglycolic cleanser. This cleanser contains glycolic acid which is a gentle cleanser
suitable for all skin types. This deep cleansing formula is soap free,
non-irritating, and rinses completely without the need for a
post-cleansing toner or astringent.
Next use a daily resurfacer like Jan Marini's Bioclear Lotion. This amazing product uses a combination of three proven acids to address a wide range
of common skin conditions. Their ability to address the appearance of large follicles
and porous skin texture make Bioclear a must have for those with beefy pores.
Another issue with over sized pores is the tendency for face makeup to cause them to appear even more ginormous. But we have a solution for that in the form of Jane Iredale's Smooth Affair facial primer! Smooth Affair is a wonderful product that leaves your skin smoother and brighter. Your makeup goes on flawlessly and lasts longer.
Our last tip for creating Incredible Shrinking Pores is to see your esthetician for routine facials. Your esthetician will steam your face, which helps open the pores in preparation for her to expertly extract (unclog) your pores. She will also educate you on the factors that may be making your specific porous skin problems worse.
